Websites that sell while you sleep.

Stat6 designs and builds websites and custom software for Gulf businesses, puts an AI agent on your WhatsApp, gets you found on Google and named by ChatGPT, then runs the marketing that turns that attention into paying clients.

The front page
has moved.

From the Stat6 desk, Dubai

Your next client will not scroll through ten blue links. They will ask ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity, and the AI will name three companies. If you are not one of them, you are not on the shortlist.

For twenty years the front page of your market was page one of Google. It still matters, and we still win it. But a growing share of Gulf buyers now start with an assistant, and assistants do not show ten options. They recommend a few, with reasons, and cite their sources.

Being one of those few is a craft. It needs a website machines can read, facts that agree everywhere your name appears, answers written the way people ask, and mentions in the sources those engines trust. We call it AI engine optimisation, and it sits at the centre of everything we build.

Case file 01 · DubaiUAE · Luxury real estate
Modern villa with a pool at dusk 12

Dunewell Properties · Dubai

The brief

Thousands of portal leads, very few real buyers, and agents answering WhatsApp at midnight.

What we noticed

Every serious buyer asked the same five questions: price, payment plan, handover date, view and service charge.

Our approach

  1. 1Put the price and payment plan on every villa page. No more “call for price”.
  2. 2A WhatsApp AI agent answers the five questions, qualifies budget and timeline, then books the viewing.
  3. 3140 bilingual pages for the exact searches buyers make, like “4 bed villa palm jumeirah”.

The result

  • +212%qualified leads
  • 38%viewings booked by AI
  • #1“off plan villas dubai”

Sadeem Clinics · Riyadh

The brief

A translated English site, invisible in Arabic search, and phones ringing out after 6 pm.

What we noticed

Most booking attempts came from phones, in Arabic, after the clinic had closed.

Our approach

  1. 1Rebuilt the site Arabic first, English second, with real photos of the real doctors.
  2. 2An AI agent books, reschedules and sends reminders on WhatsApp, day and night.
  3. 3Answer pages for the questions patients ask ChatGPT, like the cost of aligners in Riyadh.

The brief

A much loved boutique in the souq with no online sales and a website that looked like a template.

What we noticed

Most purchases were gifts, and they clustered around Eid and National Day.

Our approach

  1. 1A story led store: heritage first, product second, gold on black like the shop itself.
  2. 2A gift finder and Apple Pay checkout in three taps on a phone.
  3. 3Snapchat and Meta campaigns timed to the gifting seasons in Qatar and the UAE.

The result

  • +164%online revenue
  • 4.1×return on ad spend

Dasma Freight · Kuwait City

The brief

Quotes were sent by email and took two days. Competitors answered first.

What we noticed

Procurement managers usually picked whichever forwarder replied first, not the cheapest.

Our approach

  1. 1An instant quote engine connected to their ERP rates, answering in about a minute.
  2. 2A client portal with live shipment tracking, so nobody has to call for an update.
  3. 3LinkedIn and Google campaigns aimed only at procurement and supply chain roles.

E4 · Q&A

Asked,
answered.

What does Stat6 do?

Stat6 is a Dubai studio that designs websites and brands, builds custom software and WhatsApp AI agents, gets businesses found on Google and recommended by ChatGPT through SEO, AEO and GEO, sets up GA4 analytics, and runs high ticket marketing across the UAE and the wider GCC.

What is AI engine optimisation?

AI engine optimisation is the work of making AI assistants recommend your business. When someone asks ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude or Google AI Overviews for the best provider in your field, it is what gets your company named in the answer. It combines content written to be quoted, structured data, consistent facts about your brand across the web, and mentions in sources those engines trust.

What is the difference between SEO, AEO and GEO?

SEO, search engine optimisation, earns rankings in classic results on Google and Bing. AEO, answer engine optimisation, shapes your content into the direct answers used by featured snippets, voice search and Google AI Overviews. GEO, generative engine optimisation, makes your brand the source that ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude mention and cite. We run all three from one question map.

What can an AI agent do for my business?

A Stat6 AI agent answers enquiries on WhatsApp, Instagram and your website at any hour, asks the questions your best salesperson would ask, books viewings or appointments into your calendar, follows up automatically, and passes serious buyers to your team with a summary. It is trained on your own documents and connected to your CRM.

Do your websites and AI agents work in Arabic?

Yes. Websites can be designed in Arabic and English together with a proper right to left layout, and AI agents reply in Arabic and English, tested with native speakers before launch.

How much does a Stat6 engagement cost?

Every business is different, so we quote each engagement after a free AI visibility check rather than publishing a price list. We work in four ways: a standalone audit, a fixed fee launch project, an AI agent build with a monthly care plan, and a monthly growth partnership. You receive a fixed written quote before any work begins.

How long does a project take?

A brand and website usually launches in 10 to 11 weeks. An AI agent can be live in 4 to 6 weeks. Search and AI visibility begin to move within the first three months and compound from there.

Who owns the website, software and accounts?

You do, from day one. Code, AI agent configuration, designs, domains, GA4 properties and ad accounts are created in your name, and we work inside them as collaborators.

Is our data kept in the UAE and handled under PDPL?

Where required, we host applications and AI workloads in UAE cloud regions, keep your documents out of public model training, and configure analytics with Consent Mode v2 in line with UAE and Saudi data protection law.

Do you work outside the UAE?

Yes. We work across Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman, and plan search, AI visibility and media separately for each market because buyers search and ask differently in each one.
